csv files won't open in iDoceo

csv files won't open in iDoceo Publicado por rochey78
Have uploaded 9 csv files to dropbox as per instructions, clicked 'open in iDoceo' & then nothing happens, iDoceo eventually opens but there are no csv files there. Any ideas?

Did you try the provided sample file in the instructions? Did that work?

Yep tried that & that worked fine, v puzzled as uploaded some stuff last week & all was okSp

If you can do a small CSV file with a couple of fake names in the same way you do the real ones. I will see what's wrong with it and reply back. You can send it to support@idoceo.net
