Is it possible...

...to put more than one e-mail address for a student? Often we have two e-mails for a student...and the Mom and Dad don't live together so we want to make sure both parents are informed and contacted. If it is possible and I'm just missing that view, please let me know! Thanks!

There is no limit on the information you type on the email address, so you could just add a couple of emails in that very same field.
For any other information that does not apply to the fields on that screen I suggest you to use the Notes (just click on the top bar on Notes) . There you will be able to add any other details.
