SEATING PLAN

Finding the seating plan feature very useful.
Like the option to display a field on the seating plan.
Would you be able to allow the selection of multiple fields to display?
Maybe up to 4 or 5 . I use several fields which are all short to record need codes, levels etc.
I am required to keep a seating plan or photo sheet with all this info on. However if I change kids seat I have to amend this ino on plan. A real pain which I could avoid if I could do as requested !

It might probe a bit difficult to fit all that info on the seating plan photos...
Maybe a PDF report would suffice? Or do you need to manage all that info on screen?
We're preparing new reports for our next major release and one of them will include each student's photo + selected fields , would that work for you?

I am currently having to annotate seating plans with lots of info for OFSTED inspection - we are required to have this available and there is no easy way to do it other than by hand.
The report you mention sounds good. It would still be nice to have possibility to stick more info on seating plan as it allows you to move kids around and move the info with them.

Typical info on a seating plan photo might be variety of codes such as : S - MLD - FSM - 5+ that is about the maximum. It could potentially fit and be useable though I know what you mean about getting cluttered...apparently we are required to have all this info on a seating plan. Maybe an alternate view which does not show photo but just student names and info from required fields which you can then reposition on screen ?

I like the idea of no photos but only info moving around in the seating plan. I think it had been suggested previously but we then missed the point of it (with only one info field on screen). Being now able to add several fields makes more sense in that view.
We'll work on that.
